1. Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the WIN PC App (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. If you are under 18, you must have parental consent to use the App.


2. Description of Service
WIN PC App brings together Conservative politicians and volunteers committed to the same core values. Politicians promote their campaigns while volunteers access direct opportunities to contribute through meaningful activities and support.

Platform Mission
Our platform is designed exclusively to serve political candidates who are committed to advancing traditional conservative principles that strengthen families, protect fundamental rights, and promote economic freedom.

The Conservative Values Pledge
To participate in our service, candidates must truthfully sign and commit to upholding the following principles once elected to office:

The Conservative Values Pledge:
Religious Liberty & Conscience Rights – I preserve the right of conscience for all citizens, including their freedom to practice the tenets of their faith.
Protection of Human Life – I protect innocent human life from conception to natural death.
Traditional Family Values – I defend the natural family and natural marriage (one man and one woman), the foundational building blocks of society.
Parental Rights – I restore the natural right of parents to determine the best way to educate, raise and care for their children.
Free Market Economics – I promote free market economic policies that empower our families to achieve their highest potential.

Candidate Requirements
– Candidates must affirm their genuine commitment to each principle in The Conservative Values Pledge
– All pledge signatories agree to uphold these values throughout their term in office
– Misrepresentation of positions or values may result in immediate removal from the platform

Our Commitment
We are dedicated to supporting candidates who share these foundational principles. Our platform provides a trusted space where like-minded volunteers can connect with candidates who will champion these values in office.

Service Availability Disclaimer: We strive to keep the App available at all times, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. The App may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues beyond our control.


3. User Account and Registration
Account Creation
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts

Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time through the App settings
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
Upon account termination, your data will be deleted according to our Privacy Policy


4. Acceptable Use and Restrictions

Permitted Uses
You may use the WIN PC App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms and The Conservative Values Pledge.

Candidate Eligibility Requirements
Political candidates using this platform must:
Truthfully sign and commit to upholding The Conservative Values Pledge
Maintain authentic commitment to all five principles throughout their term in office
Provide accurate information about their positions and voting records
Undergo our verification process to ensure alignment with platform mission

Platform Verification Rights
We reserve the right to:
Verify candidate positions and statements against The Conservative Values Pledge
Remove access for candidates whose stated views or voting records conflict with our platform’s mission
Require additional documentation or clarification of candidate positions
Deny or revoke platform access for misrepresentation of conservative values

Prohibited Activities
You agree NOT to:
Misrepresent your commitment to The Conservative Values Pledge (for candidates)
Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
Create fake accounts or impersonate others
Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
Use automated bots or scripts to access the App
Interfere with or disrupt the App’s functionality
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Use the App to harm, harass, or spam other users
Promote political positions that contradict The Conservative Values Pledge

Age and Geographic Restrictions
Minimum age: 13 years old
The App may not be available in all geographic regions
Users are responsible for compliance with local laws

Consequences for Violations
Violation of these terms, including misrepresentation of conservative values, may result in:
Immediate removal from the platform
Termination of account access
Forfeiture of any paid services without refund


5. Payment Terms and Billing

Subscription Services
Premium subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and may be purchased by Candidates, their official Campaign Organizations, Campaign Management teams, Political Action Committees (PACs), Super PACs, or other political organizations supporting the candidate. Discounted trial periods, if offered, will automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled
Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law

In-App Purchases
All purchases are processed through your device’s app store (Apple App Store, Google Play, etc.)
Refunds for in-app purchases must be requested through your app store, not directly from us
Virtual items and premium features are non-transferable

Billing Information
You must provide accurate payment information
You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees
Failed payments may result in service suspension


6. Intellectual Property Rights

Our Rights
The WIN PC App, including its code, design, features, and content, is owned by PAAR Capital Apps LLC
All trademarks, logos, and brand names are our property
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the App

Your Rights
By using the App, you grant us a limited license to use your content for App operation and improvement
You represent that you have the right to upload any content you submit

Third-Party Content
The App may include third-party libraries, APIs, or content used under proper licensing
We respect intellectual property rights and expect users to do the same


7. User Data and Privacy Protection

Data Collection
We collect and process user data as described in our Privacy Policy, including:
Personal information (first name, last name, address, phone)
Account information (email address, username) – to allow the user to create and manage their user account.
Device information and system specifications
App usage patterns and performance data
Political affiliation and campaign activity information
Volunteer participation and contribution records
Mobile location pings (necessary to provide custom tasks for volunteers which are based upon the location of the volunteer)

Data Security
We implement reasonable security measures to protect user data
Data is stored securely and retained only as long as necessary
We do not sell personal information to third parties

Third-Party Sharing
We may share data with analytics providers and service partners
All data sharing is conducted in accordance with our Privacy Policy
Users will be notified of any significant changes to data practices

Right to Be Forgotten
Users have the right to request deletion of their personal data:
You may request complete deletion of your account and associated data at any time

California “Shine the Light” Law: California residents may request information about our disclosure of personal information to third parties for direct marketing purposes. We do not share personal information with third parties for their direct marketing purposes.

Do Not Track Signals: We currently do not respond to “Do Not Track” signals from browsers.

Data Retention
Account data is retained while your account is active
After account deletion, data is retained for 90 days then permanently deleted
Some information may be retained longer for legal compliance (e.g., transaction records for tax purposes)
Anonymized data may be retained for analytics and service improvement

8. Disclaimers and Liability Limits

Service Disclaimers
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind
We do not guarantee that the App will meet your specific requirements
System performance improvements are not guaranteed
Information provided by the App may not always be accurate or up-to-date

Limitation of Liability
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months prior to the claim
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
We are not responsible for data loss, system damage, or business interruption
Users are responsible for backing up their data before using the App

Third-Party Software Disclaimer
The App may interact with third-party software and systems
We are not responsible for the performance or compatibility of third-party software
Use of the App with third-party software is at your own risk

9.      Updates and Modifications

App Updates
We may release updates to improve functionality and security
Some updates may be mandatory for continued use
New features may be subject to additional terms

Terms Updates
We may modify these Terms at any time
Users will be notified of significant changes
Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of updated Terms


10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration where legally permitted
California residents retain the right to pursue claims in small claims court
Class action lawsuits are waived where legally permitted

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action must be brought in the state or federal courts located in California.

California-Specific Provisions
California residents have additional rights as outlined in Section 7 (User Data and Privacy Protection)
These Terms comply with California’s Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA)
Electronic signatures are valid under California’s Uniform Electronic Transactions Act
