However, they can only use basic features (browsing campaigns, sending initial contact emails) until the campaign they’re supporting activates a monthly service plan. Once activated, all volunteers working with your campaign get full app access at no cost to them.
How long does my listing stay active?
Your campaign listing remains active through election day, plus 30 days after to thank volunteers and close out your campaign activities.
Can I update my profile information?
Yes. You can update positions, add endorsements, change your photo, add or change social media accounts, and modify your contact information anytime through your campaign dashboard.

Is there a refund policy?
Campaign listings are non-refundable once your profile goes live. Your listing provides immediate value through visibility and volunteer discovery throughout your campaign.
If people view a candidate’s listing through WIN PC App, are they able to donate to the campaign?
Yes, viewers can donate directly to the campaign through a dedicated WIN PC App donation link. This link directs donors to a separate page on the candidate’s donation platform, which clearly separates WIN PC App donations from donations received through other channels such as the candidate’s website or fundraising events.
Is there a credit card processing fee charged when purchasing a campaign listing?
Yes, the total payment includes the listing fee of $299 plus a 3.5% credit card processing fee.
How are donations split when I list my campaign on WIN PC App?
Yes, the 98%/2% split applies to all campaign listings. Your campaign receives 100% of all donations made through your dedicated WIN PC App donation link. This separate link keeps WIN PC App donations clearly tracked and separated from donations coming through your website or other channels. Within 5 days after the end of each month, your campaign pays WIN PC App 2% of the total donations received through the WIN PC App link during that month. This ensures you receive all donor funds immediately while maintaining clear accounting.

How do I sign the Common Sense Values Pledge?
